ENGLISH – Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Electronic Books (e-books)
Basic Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when selling electronic publications (hereinafter referred to as “e-books”) through the online store. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Subject of sale
The subject of sale is electronic publications in PDF format or other digital format.
This is not a physical product.
The Buyer is not entitled to receive a printed version.
Order
The order is created by confirming the order through the online store.
The buyer is obliged to provide true data necessary to process the order.
After paying for the order, the buyer will be sent a link to download the e-book or the e-book will be made available in the customer account.
Price
All prices are in euros.
The seller is an IGIC payer according to applicable legislation.
The price listed for the product is final, including the applicable IGIC rate.
Payment
Payment can be made via the payment methods listed on the site.
The order is processed after successful receipt of payment.
Delivery of the e-book
The e-book is digital content.
Delivery will take place electronically.
By default, the e-book is made available immediately after receipt of payment, but no later than within 24 hours.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the entered e-mail address.
The Seller is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrectly provided e-mail address.
Withdrawal from the contract
The Buyer acknowledges that, pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and the relevant legislation of the Kingdom of Spain, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract within 14 days if:
- it concerns the delivery of digital content
- which is not delivered on a tangible medium
- the delivery began with the express consent of the Buyer
- the Buyer has been informed that he hereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract
By sending the order, the Buyer expressly agrees to the digital content being made available before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that he hereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract
Copyright
The e-book is a work of authorship.
It is protected by copyright law
Without the written consent of the author, it is not permitted to:
- copy,
- reproduce,
- share,
- make available to third parties,
- sell,
- modify,
- publish on the Internet,
- provide for download.
By purchasing an e-book, the buyer only obtains a non-exclusive license for its personal use.
Protection against unauthorized distribution
The seller reserves the right to mark each sold e-book with the buyer’s identifier (e.g. name, e-mail or order number) in the form of a digital watermark.
This identifier serves exclusively for copyright protection.
Complaints
If the buyer finds that the file cannot be opened or is damaged, he is obliged to contact the seller.
The seller will ensure that the functional file is made available again.
The seller is not responsible for technical problems caused by the buyer’s device or incompatible software.
Liability
The Seller is not responsible for:
- incorrect use of the e-book,
- technical problems with the Buyer’s device,
- software incompatibility,
- loss of data on the Buyer’s device.
Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and applicable laws.

Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Buyer has the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution entity.

Final provisions
These terms and conditions come into effect on the date of their publication.
The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
Legal relationships not governed by these terms and conditions are subject to the relevant laws of the Kingdom of Spain and the European Union.
ESPAÑOL – Condiciones Generales de Venta de Libros Electrónicos (e-books)
Información Básica
Estas Condiciones Generales regulan los derechos y obligaciones entre el Vendedor y el Comprador en la venta de publicaciones electrónicas (en adelante, «e-books») a través de la tienda online. Al realizar un pedido, el Comprador confirma haber leído y aceptado estas Condiciones Generales.

Objeto de la venta
El objeto de la venta son publicaciones electrónicas en formato PDF u otro formato digital.
No se trata de un producto físico.
El Comprador no tiene derecho a recibir una versión impresa.
Pedido
El pedido se crea al confirmarlo a través de la tienda online.
El comprador está obligado a proporcionar datos veraces necesarios para procesar el pedido.
Tras el pago, el comprador recibirá un enlace para descargar el ebook o este estará disponible en su cuenta de cliente.
Precio
Todos los precios están en euros.
El vendedor está sujeto al IGIC (Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas) según la legislación vigente.
El precio indicado para el producto es final e incluye el tipo impositivo del IGIC.
Pago
El pago puede realizarse mediante los métodos de pago disponibles en el sitio web.
El pedido se procesa una vez recibido el pago.
Entrega del ebook
El ebook es contenido digital.
La entrega se realizará electrónicamente.
Por defecto, el ebook estará disponible inmediatamente después de recibir el pago, pero en un plazo máximo de 24 horas.
El comprador está obligado a verificar la dirección de correo electrónico introducida.
El vendedor no se responsabiliza de la falta de entrega debida a una dirección de correo electrónico incorrecta.
Desistimiento del contrato
El comprador reconoce que, de conformidad con el artículo 16 de la Directiva 2011/83/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo y la legislación pertinente del Reino de España, no podrá desistir del contrato en el plazo de 14 días si:
- se trata de la entrega de contenido digital
- que no se entrega en un soporte físico
- la entrega se ha iniciado con el consentimiento expreso del comprador
- el comprador ha sido informado de que, al realizar el pedido, pierde el derecho de desistimiento
Al enviar el pedido, el comprador acepta expresamente que el contenido digital esté disponible antes de que finalice el plazo de desistimiento y reconoce que, al realizar el pedido, pierde el derecho de desistimiento.
Derechos de autor
El libro electrónico es una obra protegida por derechos de autor.
Protegido por la ley de derechos de autor.
Sin el consentimiento por escrito del autor, queda prohibido:
- copiar,
- reproducir,
- compartir,
- distribuir a terceros,
- vender,
- modificar,
- publicar en internet,
- ofrecer para su descarga.
Al adquirir un libro electrónico, el comprador obtiene únicamente una licencia no exclusiva para su uso personal.
Protección contra la distribución no autorizada
El vendedor se reserva el derecho de marcar cada libro electrónico vendido con el identificador del comprador (p. ej., nombre, correo electrónico o número de pedido) mediante una marca de agua digital.
Este identificador sirve exclusivamente para la protección de los derechos de autor.
Reclamaciones
Si el comprador encuentra que el archivo no se puede abrir o está dañado, está obligado a contactar con el vendedor.
El vendedor se asegurará de que el archivo vuelva a estar disponible.
El vendedor no se responsabiliza de los problemas técnicos causados por el dispositivo del comprador o por software incompatible.
Responsabilidad
El Vendedor no se responsabiliza de:
- el uso incorrecto del libro electrónico,
- los problemas técnicos del dispositivo del Comprador,
- la incompatibilidad de software,
- la pérdida de datos en el dispositivo del Comprador.
Protección de datos personales
Los datos personales se tratan de conformidad con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y la legislación aplicable.

Resolución extrajudicial de litigios
El Comprador tiene derecho a contactar con una entidad de resolución alternativa de litigios.
La plataforma de la Comisión Europea puede utilizarse para resolver litigios transfronterizos: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Disposiciones finales
Estas condiciones generales entran en vigor en la fecha de su publicación.
El Vendedor se reserva el derecho a modificar estas condiciones generales.
Las relaciones jurídicas no reguladas por estas condiciones generales se rigen por la legislación del Reino de España y de la Unión Europea.
SLOVENČINA – Obchodné podmienky pre predaj elektronických kníh (e-bookov)
Základné informácie
Tieto obchodné podmienky upravujú práva a povinnosti medzi predávajúcim a kupujúcim pri predaji elektronických publikácií (ďalej len „e-book“) prostredníctvom internetového obchodu. Odoslaním objednávky kupujúci potvrdzuje, že sa oboznámil s týmito obchodnými podmienkami a súhlasí s nimi.

Predmet predaja
Predmetom predaja sú elektronické publikácie vo formáte PDF alebo inom digitálnom formáte.
Nejde o fyzický produkt.
Kupujúcemu nevzniká nárok na zaslanie tlačenej verzie.
Objednávka
Objednávka vzniká potvrdením objednávky prostredníctvom internetového obchodu.
Kupujúci je povinný uviesť pravdivé údaje potrebné na vybavenie objednávky.
Po zaplatení objednávky bude kupujúcemu zaslaný odkaz na stiahnutie e-booku alebo bude e-book sprístupnený v zákazníckom účte.
Cena
Všetky ceny sú uvedené v eurách.
Predávajúci je platiteľom IGIC podľa platnej legislatívy.
Cena uvedená pri produkte je konečná vrátane platnej sadzby IGIC.
Platba
Platbu je možné uskutočniť prostredníctvom platobných metód uvedených na stránke.
Objednávka je vybavená po úspešnom prijatí platby.
Dodanie e-booku
E-book je digitálny obsah.
Dodanie prebehne elektronicky.
Štandardne je e-book sprístupnený okamžite po prijatí platby, najneskôr však do 24 hodín.
Kupujúci je povinný skontrolovať správnosť zadanej e-mailovej adresy.
Predávajúci nezodpovedá za nedoručenie spôsobené nesprávne uvedenou e-mailovou adresou.
Odstúpenie od zmluvy
Kupujúci berie na vedomie, že podľa článku 16 smernice Európskeho parlamentu a Rady 2011/83/EÚ a príslušných právnych predpisov Španielskeho kráľovstva nie je možné odstúpiť od zmluvy do 14 dní, ak:
- ide o dodanie digitálneho obsahu,
- ktorý nie je dodaný na hmotnom nosiči,
- dodanie začalo s výslovným súhlasom kupujúceho,
- kupujúci bol poučený, že týmto stráca právo na odstúpenie od zmluvy.
Odoslaním objednávky kupujúci výslovne súhlasí so sprístupnením digitálneho obsahu pred uplynutím lehoty na odstúpenie od zmluvy a berie na vedomie, že tým stráca právo na odstúpenie od zmluvy.
Autorské práva
E-book je autorským dielom.
Je chránený autorským zákonom.
Bez písomného súhlasu autora nie je dovolené:
- kopírovanie,
- rozmnožovanie,
- zdieľanie,
- sprístupňovanie tretím osobám,
- predaj,
- úpravy,
- zverejňovanie na internete,
- poskytovanie na stiahnutie.
Zakúpením e-booku kupujúci získava iba nevýhradnú licenciu na jeho osobné používanie.
Ochrana proti neoprávnenému šíreniu
Predávajúci si vyhradzuje právo označiť každý predaný e-book identifikátorom kupujúceho (napr. meno, e-mail alebo číslo objednávky) formou digitálneho vodoznaku.
Tento identifikátor slúži výlučne na ochranu autorských práv.
Reklamácie
Ak kupujúci zistí, že súbor nie je možné otvoriť alebo je poškodený, je povinný kontaktovať predávajúceho.
Predávajúci zabezpečí opätovné sprístupnenie funkčného súboru.
Za technické problémy spôsobené zariadením kupujúceho alebo nekompatibilným softvérom predávajúci nezodpovedá.
Zodpovednosť
Predávajúci nezodpovedá za:
- nesprávne používanie e-booku,
- technické problémy zariadenia kupujúceho,
- nekompatibilitu softvéru,
- stratu dát na zariadení kupujúceho.
Ochrana osobných údajov
Osobné údaje sú spracúvané v súlade s Nariadením GDPR a platnými právnymi predpismi.

Mimosúdne riešenie sporov
Kupujúci má právo obrátiť sa na subjekt alternatívneho riešenia sporov.
Na riešenie cezhraničných sporov možno využiť platformu Európskej komisie https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Záverečné ustanovenia
Tieto obchodné podmienky nadobúdajú účinnosť dňom ich zverejnenia.
Predávajúci si vyhradzuje právo obchodné podmienky meniť.
Na právne vzťahy neupravené týmito podmienkami sa vzťahujú príslušné právne predpisy Španielskeho kráľovstva a Európskej únie.
