El Albercon restaurant is located on the road from La Aldea de San Nicolás towards the west coast. It is also known by the name La Gañanía restaurant. The restaurant is part of a small family farm, so you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits directly in the restaurant. There is also a small cactus garden near the restaurant. The equipment is relatively simple. The kitchen is focused more on local dishes. Do not miss the tapas plate from the menu. It is prepared from a combination of different tapas, always according to the seasonal offer. This dish is definitely the restaurant’s top offering. However, the other dishes were also tasty. The service is mostly provided by the owner of the restaurant himself, Johann, who brings a pleasant casual atmosphere to the seating. We also visit the restaurant regularly with customers during trips to the west coast.
Opening hours:
The official opening hours are from 10:00 to 23:45, saturdays to 03:00, but based on our own experience, we recommend that you check whether the restaurant is open in advance.

(We took one star from the restaurant because of the environment. Domestic animals such as cats, chickens or peacocks are common on the terrace. Not every visitor can enjoy it while dining. We personally don’t mind it, and if it bothers you, just notify the owner of the business.)
