Road to the clouds
Trip designed for a group of people up to 4 people. During the trip you travel in the comfort of a car with a English-speaking driver. The length of the trip is approximately 8 hours. Meals during the trip are not provided, but we will be happy to stop for a lunch break in one of the local restaurants, during which you will have the opportunity to taste Canarian specialties.
As the name of the trip suggests, we will move mainly in the mountainous area of ​​Gran Canaria. We will begin our journey through the ancient residence of the island's inhabitants La Fortaleza. We will stop in the mountain town of Santa Lucia de Tirajana with its majestic church. Along Roque Nublo, we reach the highest mountain on the island Pico del Nieves. We will visit the geographical center of the island Cruz de Tejeda. Then we move to the highest village on the island Artenara. On the way to the south we will stop in the town Tejeda and in addition to another of the ancient settlements of the island, Bentayga, we will return through the valley of 1000 palms back to the south of the island.
